Below are some frequently asked questions:

How do I know if I sold something in the Swap?
- We will send an email to all those who sold some OR all of their items in the Swap.
- If you DID NOT receive an email, it means NONE of your items were sold in the Swap.

How will I get paid?
- MSLM will send a cheque to the address you provided when you registered online within 30 days of the Swap.

When and where can I pick up the item(s) that didn't sell in the Swap?
- On Tuesday, Oct. 21st 2025 from 5 - 7pm, come to the rentals area at the main MSLM chalet and your items will be available for pickup.
- Please bring the paper receipt we gave to you (you signed the other copy.)

What if I can't pick up my items on Tuesday?
- Call 705-835-2112 to arrange a later pick-up.
- If we don't hear from you, your unsold items will be discarded after a short time.
