Semi-Private Lessons – Cancellation Policy

Lessons may only be rescheduled once.

When a lesson is cancelled an online credit note for the amount of the lesson paid minus a $60 + HST administration fee will be provided.

 

Lesson cancellation or reschedule must be completed 24 hours prior to the lesson start time.

How to cancel or reschedule your Lesson

  1. Login to your account at shop.mountstlouis.com.
  2. Once there, click your name in the top left corner to open a drop-down menu and click “My Lessons”.
  3. Next to the participants name select “Details”
  4. Click on the option to reschedule or cancel your lesson
  5. If choosing to cancel you will receive an online credit note for amount of the lesson paid minus a $60 + HST administration fee via email.

No phone calls will be accepted to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

NOTE:  Any rescheduled lesson not taken by the end of the season in which it was purchased will be cancelled and payment forfeited upon season closure.
