Give Up More, Get More!

 

You’ve probably heard the saying, “you can’t have your cake and eat it too”.  Well that is exactly what I’m talking about here.  In order for you to achieve your goals whether it be to lose weight, gain muscle, complete Tough Mudder in one piece etc. you’re going to have to give up a few bad habits. 

 

For me I want a toned and lean physique, what I have to give up is beer and chips…there I said it. I have tried to fool myself into buying rice chips and low calorie beer but when I end up eating half the bag downed with a few “low cal” beers the only person I’m fooling is my self.  In fact last week when I tried to slip my hips into a summer skirt that fit perfectly fine last summer I had to come face to face with my “cake”.
