Tough Mudder Training Tips Blog #7 with Tara Hunt and Forme Fitness

Find a ski or tobaganning hill and then warm up for 5 mins with cardio of your choice
Run to the top and perform 10 push ups
Run to the bottom and do 10 berpies
Repeat 10x
To celebrate drop and complete 50 sit ups or crunches
Cool down with a 2 km jog and end with stretches
