  1. Pass holder will be asked to sign a Release of Liability (or by parent/guardian if the participant is under 19) before the pass can be picked up. Pictures for your pass are taken at the Mount St Louis office.
  2. Closed Christmas Day — December 25, 2014.
  3. If a pass is forgotten or lost, the pass holder will be issued one complimentary lift ticket. After that, you will be required to purchase a regular price lift ticket. Should a “forgotten” pass ticket be found on a person other than the rightful owner, the season pass will be revoked and trespassing charges will be issued. Replacing a lost or stolen membership cost $100+HST. If it is lost again, replacement cost is 50% of the regular membership price.
  4. As a pass holder, I agree: To read and understand “Alpine Responsibility Code” and Ticket Removal Policy and agree to abide by it. Not to transfer my pass to another person. I understand that the breach of this contract is a serious offense. Season passes must be displayed prominently each time a lift is used. Memberships are non-transferable.
  5. Inherent Risk — With skiing, snowboarding and snowblading many factors affect your demeanor of the slopes: snow conditions, weather, snow features and lifts to name a few. Understanding your limitation and abilities within the elements ultimately affect your safety. Awareness of physical conditions is the key.
