If a membership is forgotten or lost, the pass holder will be issued one complimentary lift ticket. After that, you will be required to purchase a regular price lift ticket. Should a “forgotten” pass ticket be found on a person other than the rightful owner, the membership will be revoked and trespassing charges will be issued.

Replacing a lost or stolen membership cost $50 + HST. Full replacement cost if it is lost again.

Email submission date and receipt for the 2018/2019 season membership determines amount of credit/refund provided.
