What You Need to Know For This Weekend’s Tough Mudder

Tough mudder 2013We’re all really excited for this weekend, as we open Barrie’s best ski hill to the area’s most hardcore athletes at this weekend’s Tough Mudder race. Things are going to get dirty.

Here are a few items you should know, if you’re participating in, or watching, this weekend’s race.

Shuttle Buses
You can catch shuttle bus services to and from Burl’s Creek and Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort.
• Saturday, operation hours from Burl’s Creek are 6:00am until 12:30pm. The hours of departure from Mount St. Louis are between 12:00pm and 7:00 pm
• Sunday, operation hours are between 7:30am and 9:30am and from Mount St. Louis are between 10:30am and 5:00pm

Day-of parking sales will be available for $10 (cash only) at:

Burl’s Creek Family Event Park
134 8 Line South,
Oro, ON L0L 2X0, Canada

If you’ve opted for the premium option or off-site parking, you will receive a parking pass via e-mail. We will be scanning it on site, so please remember not to fold, bend or laminate your pass.

You can still watch your friends and family get muddy. The online registration for spectators is now closed. However, you can register as a spectator on-site for $40 CASH ONLY. Just head to the “Spectator Ticket Sales” tent with cash and a valid photo ID. Credit Cards will not be accepted, though there will be an ATM on-site.
